Brunch Favorites for Every Appetite
Our brunch favorites include familiar dishes with distinct flavors and satisfying combinations. The Eggs Benedict pairs shaved ham and poached eggs with hollandaise on brioche, served with breakfast potatoes. For a sweeter plate, our French Toast features Texas toast, fresh berries, confectioner's sugar, whipped butter, and housemade buttermilk syrup.
If you prefer a heartier meal, try our Short Rib Hash, made with braised chuck, a poached egg, breakfast potatoes, pickled shallots, peppers, red wine jus, and hollandaise.
Our Shrimp & Grits brings Gulf shrimp and Spanish chorizo together with tomatillo salsa, fish fumet, butter, and cheddar grits. Both dishes provide a savory option for guests who want something beyond traditional breakfast fare.

For a lighter start, our Bruschetta combines Roma tomatoes, basil, aged balsamic, and Parmesan on garlic-rubbed toast points.
Groups can also share our Meat & Cheese Board, featuring a chef's selection of cured meats, artisan cheeses, pickles, mustard, fruit preserves, and crostini. If muffins sound better for the table, our basket includes locally baked assorted muffins served with the chef's butter.
